Salvation-Z is not really suitable for people aged under 14 but we recognise that some kids have grown up shooting zombies in games and watching action/horror movies. If YOU think they will be ok, bring them but WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE SHOW. An adult MUST be part of your group.  (Photographic Identification may be requested) Please don't come then complain little Timmy got scared, THAT IS THE POINT!

For younger kids, try The Not So Nasty Day

There are themes of death, murder, gore and adult nastiness.

You are welcome to take pictures and video and load to your social media with links to us!!!!

A disclaimer must be signed by all participants, either on site or in advance SIGN HERE

Tickets bought online are strictly non-refundable.

Access may be denied if you appear under the influence or alcohol or drugs.

Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different date

Ticket Delivery

When you buy tickets online you will be sent an email with a booking confirmation,  you will need to print off or produce it on a smart phone in order to gain entry.

Using your tickets

Please print out your booking confirmation and present it when you arrive or bring with you on a mobile device. . Your tickets are for use between 7pm and last entry 11pm, unless you buy VIP you might queue. 

Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Crackingday Ltd and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. 

Medical and other conditions

Please note that we use strobe lighting throughout, If you suffer from photosensitive epilepsy, this may not be for you.

We welcome guests of all abilities however some areas, due to the nature of the prison, are not suitable for wheelchair users. Please ask before booking your tickets as refunds cannot be made. If you suffer from a heart condition, asthma or are pregnant Salvation-Z may not be for you.

Buy buying these tickets you accept that you are entering a horror attraction where there are adult themes, images of violence and horror, threatening situations the use of theatrical props and fake blood that may stain clothing. IF YOU WANT TO BE MOLESTED WEAR A WHITE T-SHIRT OVER YOUR CLOTHES.

Cancellations & Alterations

Once the reservation has been paid for, it cannot be amended. Your ticket is only valid for the date you have selected. We are unable to change the date or the number of tickets purchased. Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations. We regret that under no circumstances will changes or refunds be made on the day of the visit.
