Salvation Z is an immersive horror attraction designed to frighten and disorientate. Please read the warnings and rules below before deciding to participate.

I, the undersigned have read the warnings and rules below and hereby confirm my wish to attend the Salvation-Z horror experience.

1. EXPERIENCE WARNINGS

The attraction may include darkness, enclosed environments, stairs, mandatory crawling on hands and knees, historic-building surfaces, smoke/haze, strobe/flashing and UV lighting, loud/sudden audio, compressed-air effects, moving scenery, theatrical weapons, horror imagery and controlled physical interaction with actors.

2. CONTROLLED ACTOR CONTACT

I understand that trained actors may make controlled physical contact as part of the experience. This may include flat-handed touching/steering, sudden contact, close-proximity interaction, theatrical blocking of my route and temporary separation of adult members of a group. Actors are not permitted to deliberately harm guests, touch intimate/personal areas, retaliate, or deliberately strike guests with props/weapons. Guests aged 16–17 will not deliberately be separated from their accompanying adult.

3. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

I understand that I may need to walk, use stairs, enter dark/enclosed areas and crawl on my hands and knees. There is no bypass for the mandatory crawling section. The complete attraction is not wheelchair accessible.

4. HEALTH / SENSORY WARNING

The attraction may be unsuitable for some people, including people who are pregnant or who have heart, respiratory, neurological, photosensitive, mobility, sensory or other relevant medical conditions. Event staff cannot provide medical clearance. If I am unsure whether participation is appropriate for me, I understand that I should obtain appropriate medical advice before taking part.

5. GUEST RULES

• Follow reasonable instructions from staff, security and actors.

• Do not deliberately grab, strike or assault actors, and do not deliberately damage/touch props or scenery.

• Do not enter restricted areas or bring prohibited items/real weapons into the event.

• No food or drinks inside the mazes. Smoking/vaping is only permitted in the designated area.

• Mobile phones may be used, but phone torches must not be used inside the mazes.

• Unsafe, threatening, abusive or violent behaviour may result in refusal or removal.

6. ALCOHOL / FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE

Security or event management may refuse or stop participation where intoxication, behaviour or another safety concern makes participation unsafe.

7. LEAVING / EMERGENCIES

I may leave the attraction if I no longer wish to continue. If I genuinely need assistance or need to leave, I will clearly tell an actor or member of staff. In a genuine incident I will follow staff, security and emergency instructions promptly. Individual mazes may be skipped, but individual scenes may not have a bypass.

8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF INHERENT RISKS

I understand that immersive horror attractions involve inherent risks associated with startle responses, darkness, physical movement, crawling, stairs, loud sounds, theatrical effects, close performer interaction and unfamiliar environments. I acknowledge these inherent features and confirm that I have had the opportunity to consider the warnings before participating.

Nothing in this document excludes or restricts legal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

I understand that:- 

  1. The event is physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion.

  2. The event may be dangerous if I do not follow the safety instructions in our T&C and I have read and understood these.

  3. The possibility of injury to myself and other exists.

  4. There is the possibility of damage to my clothing due to the effects in use.

I confirm and agree that:-

  1. I am fully aware of the risks to myself and others involved in attending this event.

  2. I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion involved in participating.

  3. I will comply with the Salvation-Z safety brief so as not so as to injure or hurt others and will obey all directions of staff.

Release:-

I hereby release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities whatsoever without limitations that I might have against CRACKINGDAY LIMITED and the owners of property which the event is being held at.
